The staff here were very friendly and pleasant, making our stay enjoyable, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

The Hotel is smack-bang in the Centre of the Town, within 100 yards of the Bus Stop (15 minutes duration) to the stunning beach of Isla Canela. The Breakfast is excellent, the Reception staff are there 24 hours a day and are very knowledgeable with loads of information and that very important Map !! The surprise factor is the little Zoo/Nature Park behing the Hotel - may I suggest visiting to see the various Animals !!

Staff very friendly at this budget hotel. The rooms were large with twin beds. Whilst clean and freshly decorated, the hotel could really do with an upgrade. However, the bathrooms were newer and very good. The staff made up for any small inadequacies, the breakfast was good and the price was extremely good. Very good location for a three minute walk into a lovely vibrant small town centre, particularly on a Saturday night.

The hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are tidy and bright. Our experience was very nice.

The staff were great and very helpful this hotel is great for what you pay dont expect a modern hotel and breakfast is basic continental fare no bacon and eggs but then this hotel caters for spanish more than english which is fine iwould stay here again

The hotel was very close to the marina / beaches and the ferry which takes you across to portugal. Littl Zoo next to the hotel. Nice large rooms with balcony and large bathrooms. Nice breakfast.

Can be a little cold in the rooms - make sure you take the extra blanket out of the wardrobe.

This place is perfectly located close to everything, offering reasonably spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds and garden views.

the hotel itself was recently renovated and fairly clean and the staff were affable, it had perfect location near to town centre. location: the property was not far from good restaurants nearby as well as the ferry.

Position within walking distance from town centre, bedrooms good size with balcony overlooking park and zoo. Bathroom looked recently re-furbished.

The location of this place is fantastic, near central areas and the ferry, with excellent customer service.

Free Wi Fi, location walkable to town centre, free on street parking, next to supermarket, good breakfast, in all a great place to stay, friendly helpful staff, not noisy and very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again

A pool would have been nice but otherwise nothing to dislike

Le logement était spacieux, bien conçu et très bien équipé avec une petite kitchenette, un réfrigérateur et une machine à laver. Idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes lors d'un court séjour à Tokyo. À seulement 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Tokyo et à proximité de nombreuses lignes de métro et de train. Personnel vraiment serviable et agréable.

Location was good

The room was extremley basic and was sold to me as a double when in fact it was a twin,no hot water in shower,very dated.

Very friendly and helpful staff good service in the bar area competative room rates
